Our customers mean a lot to us and we want to make sure you can be confident in your purchase. We make things right, literally.

Overview

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. Returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. 

The product dimensions are clearly displayed on the website. Please reference these carefully to avoid receiving an item that is not the right size. 

If you happen to receive a product that is faulty, please don't hesitate to reach out with an explanation and/or a photo. 

To start a return, you can contact us at team@troverr.com.au. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically receive the full amount to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Additional Information

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
