Shipping options in Australia

We offer free standard shipping to anywhere in Australia. We dispatch from the warehouse in Sydney. Therefore, there is no risk of import duty - we've paid for that already. 

Delivery times and options are displayed at checkout and are a guide only as we need to rely on carriers and have no control over their business operations. Delivery times can vary slightly from one week to the next. The number of days for delivery stated is from the day of dispatch Mon-Fri excluding public holidays.

Any orders before 10.00 am (Sydney time) on a business day will usually be dispatched the same day. If it's after 10.00 am, it would be the following day.

The majority of the time, standard shipping is 2-6 business days from dispatch, and express is 1-3 (usually 1-2) business days from dispatch. This is a guide. Ultimately, please plan ahead as we can not take responsibility for not enough time allowed for delivery. 

We love having customers from the most remote parts of Australia, but please bear in mind these shipping times may extend a little in such instances. On some occasions deliveries to WA can also take a bit longer, but not always. 

It is recommended to use an address that is NOT a Parcel Locker or PO Box because often a courier is the best option. We also recommend including an email address and phone number.

Deliveries 

The package may or may not require a signature upon delivery. We recommend someone be at the delivery address to receive the package or use an address of a workplace or family member/friend to avoid any issues. The tracking link will provide you with an estimated delivery day. It's often delivered faster than the predicted delivery date window, but please don't rely on that being the case.  

Kindly note that if an inaccurate or incomplete address is provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing and we may need to rely on the email address or phone number provided to confirm. 

International shipping 

In the current shipping climate, we are not sending items overseas. Carrier services remain expensive and unpredictable. We will continue to monitor the situation and review it in due course.
