All orders ship from our Sydney warehouse, so there are no import duties or surprise charges. Duties are already paid.
Orders placed before 10am (Sydney time) on a business day are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 10am, or on a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched the next business day.
Standard (free): 2-6 business days for most areas
Express (optional extra at checkout, sent with Australia Post): 1-2/3 business days for most areas
Remote and regional areas can take longer, and so can WA at times.

Delivery times are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Once your order is dispatched it is in the carrier’s hands, and delays can happen, especially in peak periods or bad weather. We can’t take responsibility for carrier delays, or for orders placed too close to when you need them.
Please use a street address, not a parcel locker or PO Box, as your order may be sent by courier. Include your email and mobile so the carrier can keep you updated.
Some deliveries may need a signature. If no one will be home, consider using a workplace or a friend’s or family member’s address. Your tracking link will show an estimated delivery date. Parcels often arrive earlier, but please don’t count on it.
If your address is incorrect or incomplete, or we need to verify your order, processing may be delayed while we contact you by email or phone. We can’t be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect address.
In the current shipping climate, we are not sending items overseas. Carrier services remain expensive and unpredictable. We will continue to monitor the situation and review it in due course.
