I had a couple of questions regarding purchasing my Mattress Bag. It was on a weekend day and yet the team at Trovver responded within a really short time and was able to answer my questions fully. I then went ahead and ordered the Double mattress size.
My Trovver Mattress Bag arrived ahead of time, which doesn’t happen often when living regionally.
It arrived boxed and in perfect condition!
I also received a ‘pouch’ to put the cover in when it’s not in use which was fabulous.
I was able to easily put the cover on by myself (I’m over 60 and female) and was astounded at both the quality of the cover itself (it’s quite thick and sturdy yet pliable enough that I didn’t have to struggle with it) and the zipper.
It’s roomy and with a pending move, the removalist is going to be both happy and impressed that they won’t struggle to get it in the van because of the many strap like handles that are attached, so no matter which way they lift it, there are handles they can utilise.
For the price, the quality is impressive but being an Aussie owned and run company , I shouldn’t have expected anything less.
I congratulate the team at Trovver for developing and supplying such a quality product.
I absolutely encourage anyone who needs to store or move a mattress to take a good hard look at these mattress covers.

I recently purchased a King and Queen mattress bag to move house and they were fantastic.

The material is hard wearing and the handles make moving an awkward and heavy mattress much easier, as it allows you to actually get a solid grip on the mattress.

The handles that sit on the edge of most mattresses aren't ideal for when you need to cram it into the back of a van or carry it down narrow apartment hallways, so having a bag with handles located exactly where you want to hold the mattress naturally is great.

It also made it possible to pull the mattress along surfaces without it getting dirty or damaged. As someone who has moved a bunch, I highly recommend getting one of these bags for your next move.

The mattress bag completely made moving of the mattress a breeze. I love it. I'm so happy I bought it. Super easy getting it down stairs and the on top of the roof rack of a van and then down again. What a great product.

Therefore, for my most recent move, I purchased 2 x queen sized mattress protectors from TROVERR for a mattress and bed base. TROVERR's customer service was excellent and they expedited the shipping to ensure the mattresses were delivered in time before the removalists arrived. The protectors worked perfectly. It took away any worry regarding damage and ensured the mattress and bed base arrived in Western Australia from Tasmania in perfect condition!

I bought a King Size bag because I had to store a mattress in a leaky garage before transporting it a few weeks later to a town house apartment up stairs to a bedroom. It more than met my expectations and certainly did what it said it would in the ad. The bag was sturdy and protected the mattress very well whilst in storage and then it was so easy to transport and move up stairs with the sturdy handles. Highly recommend purchasing one if you have to store or transport a heavy duty mattress. Thank you.

Bought this to protect my mattress when moving house. Great quality, well made. Super tough and thick material kept my mattress protected and clean through the move. Handles made it much easier to move the mattress. Wish more places sold these instead of those thin and flimsy plastic mattress covers.
